Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you pay for

Vidyudabhi Pro is a digital service. A Pro plan costs ₹99 per course for 30 days and unlocks all mock tests and Practice Mode of that one course. Past papers and the first mock test of every course are free, so you can try the service before paying. Pro never renews automatically and we never charge you again without you choosing to buy.

Delivery

Pro is activated on your account within moments of a successful payment. Nothing is shipped; there is no physical product.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel because plans do not auto-renew. A plan simply ends 30 days after purchase (or after its extension, if you bought again).

Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally as soon as payment succeeds, a payment is generally not refundable once Pro is active. We will refund (or fix) in these cases:

1. You were charged but Pro did not activate within 24 hours — we will activate it or refund you.
2. You were charged twice for the same purchase by mistake — we will refund the extra charge.
3. A technical fault on our side stopped you from using the paid mock tests for most of the plan period.

How to request a refund

Email vidyudabhi@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your registered email, the course name and the Razorpay payment id. We reply within 1–2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
