Delete your account
Applies to the Vidyudabhi website and the MedAscent / Vidyudabhi Android app (same account).
What is deleted
Your login account, your exam result history and attempt records, and any Pro plan on the account. Payment records are kept without any link to you, because tax and accounting rules require us to keep transaction records. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the Android app
Open the app → Menu (top right) → your profile → Delete my account.
Delete from the website
Log in below, then confirm. If you signed in with email and password you must enter the password.
Log in first, then come back to this page.
Cannot log in?
Email vidyudabhi@gmail.com from the email address of the account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days.
